Our regulations

  • You hereby declare that you are the legal guardian of the child to be registered and that you consent to the processing and sharing of ethnic, biometric or any other data that you provide to us that may allow the recognition of said child by Ministar and its clients for contractual purposes within the framework of its activity as a modelling agency, in compliance with articles 6,7, 8 and 9 of the European directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) while remaining aware of the possible risk, although very unlikely, of a leak, theft or hacking of said data.

If you have any questions about the protection of your data you can write to this address: Ministar, Data Protection Officer, rue de la Cambre 180 b9, 1200 Brussels, Belgium.

  • You also agree that the images of the child you are the guardian of may be shared on Ministar’s social networks, such as: Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Ministaragency/) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/ministar_agency/) for marketing and business promotion purposes in accordance with Articles 6, 7 and 8 of the European Directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).*

However, it is always possible to request that the photos will no longer be shown or will not be shown on the social networks, by notifying Ministar.

  • You hereby give your permission for your data (including photographs and other audio-visual representations) and those of the person you represent – data that you send of your own free will – to be used for the purpose of setting up a file of your personal data including, in particular, identification criteria and other personal information, ethnicity, residence, age, nationality, tel/GSM and e-mail details, marital status, bank details, CV, sporting and artistic activities and physical description (in particular, measurements and colours of skin, eyes and hair).

  • The purpose of creating your file is to send it to the agency’s clients. They may be advertisers, photographers, casting directors, directors, production managers, schools with a broadly defined audio-visual activity, public or private bodies and advertising agencies, among others.

  • Your data may be used for marketing purposes on the social networks, including your photos.

  • Recipients (clients) will be asked to use your data only for the purposes set forth in the request made by the client in the assignment identified as initial.

  • The agency reserves the right to retain part of your data for tax purposes for the time prescribed by law.

  • The data transmitted via the internet registration system on the site will be kept for three months in order to be able to respond to customer orders, with no registration at the agency. You can request the early deletion of your data by sending an e-mail to inscription@ministar.be.

  • You may at any time request to be removed from the agency’s general file, subject to the notice period defined in any contract between you and the agency, except for information that the agency is legally obliged to keep for administrative and legal purposes.

  • Any request for information and/or changes to your personal data can be made in writing to the agency.

  • Furthermore, as the data is provided by you, you undertake to update it as often as possible.

  • The agency undertakes to take all measures within its power to protect the data. To this end, it shall put in place the necessary protective measures. This is achieved through good computer security (strong passwords, antivirus, etc.).

  • Although the agency promotes non-disclosure of data to its third party customers, it cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use by its clients.

  • The agency has also put in place the necessary data protection measures within the framework of the agreements binding it to its subcontractors and suppliers. This is achieved through good computer security (strong passwords, antivirus, etc.).
